The down side to people sharing your facebook page (and website) and attracting more traffic is that it often attracts trolls. I can often spot them coming and honestly have no time for people trying to appear superior and put me in my place. I’m not a newbie.
My dogs are my family, puppy development socialization and training are very important to me. I am a Puppy Culture breeder, Puppy Start Right Instructor, I have taken courses on dog and puppy development, training and behavior, I have an extensive library with books on the topic. I love raising puppies and seeing them find loving companion homes and filling homes with love and joy. I love sharing my passion with my followers. I cherish the relationships I’ve gained through the years and love hearing how loved my pups are and how they have brought joy to families. But let me just say this, my dogs are my life breeding isn’t. I enjoy raising puppies but I do not have to rise puppies. As much as I love it, I’d be content mentoring and instructing others on the importance of early puppy socialization, enrichment and training.
My dogs are companions, pets, family, we train together, we play, we cuddle, we practice enrichment, we walk, and have the ability to bike and scooter when it is cool enough to do so. Which isn’t often due to the extreme heat. I train my puppies and dogs to further my learning, because I find it the responsible thing to do and for mine and my pups enjoyment, not to gain titles. Though that is not out of the question, I am just a busy wife, mom, grandmommy, dog mom and time for titles and or travel is not in the cards at the moment. I put no requirement on my puppy families that my puppies are to be worked, or put through trials. Proper exercise, enrichment and training, yes, but working? Absolutely not.
So to be perfectly clear I will not engage with nor reply to trolls. I am too old for internet bullies, know-it-alls, and folks who like to harm from behind a screen and keyboard. Be kind, or move on.
